Bedford hotel to reopen in Feb following £1.3m renovation

Apostrophe Pubs will officially reopen a historical Bedford hotel on February 24 following a £1.3m renovation. 

The former De Parys Hotel in De Pary’s Avenue has been rebranded d’Parys and will feature 14 rooms, a restaurant, a ‘Bedford beer-led bar’, and a tuck shop selling nostalgic sweets and handmade gelato.

The new owner said the reopening has created around 40 jobs, with vacancies for deputy manager; sous chef; head housekeeper and other team leaders and supervisors advertised at
