After months of anticipation, we can now reveal the staff members who have been shortlisted for a Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Award.
Today it is the turn of the category of Customer Service Star of the Year.
Having already announced the shortlists for Bar Manager of the Year and Restaurant Manager of the Year, and now we can reveal the five employees who have stood out from the rest in the service category, after the team at Boutique Hotelier whittled down the entries from hundreds received from hotels all over the country.
From country house hotels, to boutiques in the city, managers, owners and staff were eager to give their employees the recognition they deserve.
We can now reveal that the five finalists who have made the shortlist for Customer Service Star of the Year, sponsored by Star Quality Hospitality, as:
Claire Duthie – Hipping Hall
Julie Wood – Sudbury House Hotel
Josh Perry – The Wood Norton
Jean-Luc Bouchereau – Villa Magdala
Mitchell Collier – Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons
Now with the shortlist announced, the winner will be decided by a judging panel – consisting of five top industry experts – which will then be revealed at the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards on October 18 at Hilton Olympia.
The event, taking place on the first day of Independent Hotel Show 2016, is free to attend for hoteliers and staff and will be a night of free-flowing Champagne and canopies.
