After months of anticipation, we can now reveal another five staff members who have been shortlisted for a Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Award.
Today it is the turn of the category of Front of House Manager of the Year.
Having already announced the shortlists for Bar Manager of the Year and Restaurant Manager of the Year on Monday, plus Customer Service Star and Spa Manager of the Year yesterday, and now we can reveal the five employees who have stood out from the rest in the front of house category, the people who help form a customer’s first impression of your property.
From country house hotels, to boutiques in the city, managers, owners and staff were eager to give their employees the recognition they deserve.
We can now reveal that the five finalists who have made the shortlist for Front of House Manager of the Year, as:
Kristian Kynaston-Evans – Sweeney Hall Hotel
Nico Chieze – Askham Hall
Kia Hellens – Georgian House Hotel
Josie Roach – Bristol Harbour Hotel
Laura Godman – Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons
Now with the shortlist announced, the winner will be decided by a judging panel – consisting of five top industry experts – which will then be revealed at the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards on October 18 at Hilton Olympia.
The event, taking place on the first day of Independent Hotel Show 2016, is free to attend for hoteliers and staff and will be a night of free-flowing Champagne and canopies.
