After months of anticipation, we can now reveal another five staff members who have been shortlisted for a Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Award.
Today it is the turn of the category of Housekeeping Manager of the Year, sponsored by Mitre Linen.
Having already announced the shortlists for Bar Manager of the Year and Restaurant Manager of the Year on Monday, plus Customer Service Star and Spa Manager of the Year Tuesday and yesterday Front of House Manager and Reservations / Revenue Manager of the Year, and now we can reveal the five employees who have stood out from the rest in the housekeeping category, the people who make sure your hotel’s reputation remains spic and span.
From country house hotels, to boutiques in the city, managers, owners and staff were eager to give their employees the recognition they deserve.
We can now reveal that the five finalists who have made the shortlist for Housekeeping Manager of the Year, sponsored by Mitre Linen, as:
Tracey Hubar – Seaham Hall
Anna Chrzastek – Dormy House
Juliana Kocsis – The Kings Head Hotel and Spa
Jen Renault – The Beach at Bude
Lucille Temple – Gravetye Manor
Now with the shortlist announced, the winner will be decided by a judging panel – consisting of five top industry experts – which will then be revealed at the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards on October 18 at Hilton Olympia.
The event, taking place on the first day of Independent Hotel Show 2016, is free to attend for hoteliers and staff and will be a night of free-flowing Champagne and canopies.
