The Zetter’s in-house restaurant Bistro Bruno Loubet will change to become Grain Store Unleashed, an exciting new pop-up, before a brand new restaurant concept is launched at the boutique hotel.
French-inspired Bistro Bruno Loubet is a venture run by chef Bruno Loubet, who will now introduce Grain Store Unleashed at the London boutique hotel on April 13th for a limited period only.
Grain Store Unleashed will share the same DNA as its hugely successful Kings Cross restaurant, where the flavours are international and vegetables are a key ingredient.
Chef Bruno Loubet says: “I’m really excited to pursue this direction of cooking that I have enjoyed since opening Grain Store. We are going to take risks and show what is possible with vegetables. With Grain Store Unleashed I will take the Grain Store style of cooking to another level.”
Bistro Bruno Loubet at The Zetter Hotel in London has been trading for five successful years and after the rollout of the Grain Store pop-up, will now make way for a completely new concept.
Monday 6th April will be the last day of service for Bistrot Bruno Loubet before Grain Store Unleashed opens on Monday 13th April from breakfast to dinner.
During the day there will be a short selection of individually priced dishes, whilst at dinner there will be a choice of two set menus, 6-course (£32.50) and 8-course (£39).
