• The Awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the individuals that have dedicated themselves to impeccable customer service in some of the UK’s leading Boutique Hotels.

• These are Awards with a key difference. Rather than handing out gongs to business owners, we are search for individuals and teams who work tirelessly every day to give their guests the best possible service

• The format of the night is a glittering drinks reception with free food and drinks flowing right through the night

• Delegate tickets are free for hoteliers who have to register to attend. For suppliers, they can attend via sponsorship packages.
