Boutique hotels shine bright at AA Hospitality Awards

The crème de la crème of the hospitality industry were out in force last night as the AA announced the winners of the AA Hospitality Awards.

A key date in any hotelier’s diary, the awards celebrate 24 establishments and individuals who are achieving great things in the sector, and presented the 2014 accolades at Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane last night.

Boutique hotels across the country were recognised for their hard work and dedicated, with chef Nathan Outlaw being awarded AA Chefs’ Chef of the Year and Dormy House Hotel scooping the award for AA Hotel of the Year (England).

Guests at the awards ceremony, hosted by Fiona Bruce, were treated to a gourmet meal created by 2013 AA Chefs’ Chef, Tom Kerridge, as well as entertainment from Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalists Light Balance.

The Eden Collection, run by Mark Chambers, won AA Small Hotel Group of the Year.
