Brighton boutique by the sea sold

A boutique hotel in Brighton has been sold to new owners, in sale through Fleurets property specialists, as demand for establishments in the city continues to boom.

The award-winning Brighton boutique, Sea Spray, is situated on the eastern side of the New Steine, a popular seafront square for both locals and tourists.

The 16-bedroom property, complete with a number of sea-view rooms, has been under the same ownership for almost 15 years and in that time has become one of Brighton’s best-loved boutique hotels.

Sea Spray’s prominent location helps to boost its popularity further, with many of its bedrooms offering views of the iconic Brighton Pier.

Will Thomas from Fleurets comments: "The hotel had been owned by our clients for nearly 15 years within which time it had established itself as one of Brighton’s most iconic boutique hotels. The 16 letting rooms were all individually themed with the accommodation ranging from compact doubles, superior doubles, penthouse, garden suites and family rooms."

Thomas continues: "The levels of interest in the city have improved dramatically over recent months, as Brighton’s extended season and proximity to London, are seen as strong factors when buyers look for hospitality business like this."
