As the AAE is an examination rather than a competition, it is possible for any number of the candidates to achieve the award and is dependent on their ability to attain the standard of excellence set by the judges.

All entries who successfully reach the standard set will win the AAE. In addition, the candidate who scores the highest marks in each section will be named the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Young Chef, Young Pastry Chef and Young Waiter 2015.

Entrants must be working full-time in the UK and aged between 20 and 26 on 31st December 2014.

Entries close on Friday 13th February 2015. For more details click here: www.royalacademyofculinaryarts.org.uk
