The Chocolate Boutique Hotel in Bournemouth has stepped up its promotional activity this month ahead of the Easter celebrations, with the hotel planning a series of events to pull in the punters.
The Bournemouth boutique is running a special chocolate masterclass this Saturday April 4th, which will include chocolate tasting, chocolate/wine pairing and chocolate truffle making.
Gerry Wilton, chief chocolate officer at the Chocolate Boutique Hotel says: “This is the perfect opportunity for chocolate lovers to taste different chocolates from some of the finest chocolatiers in the world. They’ll be able to find out what makes some chocolates stand out and why others don’t make the cut.”
Chocolatier Gerry will also teach participants how to make Belgian truffles by hand and after making around 20 truffles each, attendee will then learn how to package them ready to give as gifts on Easter Sunday.
Included in the £75 price is a glass of dessert wine and chocolate wine so those taking part can find out how these complement the chocolate they will be tasting.
