Conrad London St James has announced that the luxury hotel has redesigned its afternoon tea menu for 2015, with four seasonal options on offer at different times of the year.

Executive pastry chef, Zoe Wager has been at the forefront of the new look, designing four menus that showcase the changing flavours of the seasons in an array of delicacies.

The hotel will create a Alice in Wonderland theme from February to May, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the book; May to July St. James’s Glorious Garden will be on the menu, highlighting the best of spring to coincide with Chelsea Flower Show; Summer in the City served from July to the end of August, with iced or hot tea and the Autumn Bramble afternoon tea in August to November showcases the wonderful tones of the season.
