Corinthia Hotels rewards guests who book direct online

Guests who book a stay directly through five-star hotel group Corinthia Hotels’ own website will be rewarded in the form of a room upgrade, extended check-out or a discount in its restaurants and bars.

The move is a bid from Corinthia to boost direct bookings online, encouraging customers to turn away from the OTAs and in turn, rewarding customer loyalty. 

Complimentary treats on offer include free room upgrades, discounted meals and spa treatments at the luxury European hotels.

Guests booking through corinthia.com will also be given the chance to ‘Win Back Your Stay’ by using Facebook connect upon confirmation of booking. The cost of the winners’ reserved room nights will be fully refunded upon their arrival at the hotel. 

The group is also encouraging guests to visit its website to find the best Corinthia promotions, including its annual sale, which offers 50% discount on room rates across its five-star hotels for stays, meaning guests could save over £150 a night.
