Cotswold House Hotel leaves it to the locals to name new restaurant

Chipping Campden’s Cotswold House Hotel is inviting guests, customers and local residents the chance to come up with a name for its newly refurbished restaurant, in exchange for an overnight stay for the winning suggestion.

The boutique hotel will open its new-look restaurant in August and is now on the hunt for a name for the eatery to complete the relaunch.

The restaurant is part of a wider £1m refurbishment at Cotswold House and will bid to become one of the top fine dining establishments in the Cotswolds when it launches next month.

Craig Webb, the new general manager at Cotswold House, said: “We are hoping that our guests, customers or the local residents of Chipping Campden can come up with something inspiring, and fitting for our new restaurant.”

The winning suggestion will be rewarded with an overnight stay at the hotel plus dinner for two and spa treatments.

The deadline for submissions is July 31 2016.
