Crathorne Hall in Yarm, North Yorkshire is to relaunch on October 1, one year on from the fire that damaged the hotel.
The historic hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels, will unveil a grand restoration when it reopens next month, re-establishing its place as one of the top country house hotels in the area.
The 37-bedroom property was damaged in October last year, when a fire broke out in the east wing of the hotel one morning. Guests had to be evacuated and lead to safety.
The relaunch will see Lord Crathorne, whose family owned Crathorne Hall until 1977, Julia Hands, chairman of Hand Picked Hotels, Peter Llewellyn, general manager and a number of members from the hotel team join together to reveal the restored property.
