Crest Hotels expands with landmark Bristol hotel acquisition off guide price of £2.75m

Arnos Manor Hotel in Bristol has been acquired by expanding hotel operators, Crest Hotels off a guide price of £2.75m.

The 73-bedroom Grade-II listed hotel has been sold by Christie + Co on behalf of St James’s Hotel Group.

Arnos Manor Hotel is a large detached landmark hotel in Bristol, historically built as a manor house in 1760 for a wealthy local family.

Alongside its 73 bedrooms, the public areas come complete with a bar, restaurant, function suite with bar and conservatory, plus a chapel for weddings and various conference and meeting rooms.
