Danesfield cooks up new food and beverage manager

Danesfield House has appointed Rob Smith as its new Food & Beverage Manager.

He joins from the Millennium Madjaski Hotel, Reading where he was senior assistant F&B manager.

At the Millennium Madjaski, which is located inside the football stadium, he was in charge of a team of 30 and supervised the two AA Rosette restaurant.

At Danesfield House, Rob will oversee the hotel’s two restaurants, the Orangery and the Oak Room where Billy Reid is now head chef following the departure of Adam Simmonds.
