It’s been revealed that the fourth year of the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards will be held on October 17, as thoughts turn to who the industry will nominate for one of 11 prestigious accolades.
The event, which has become one of the industry’s ‘must-attend’ dates, will once again be hosted at Hilton Olympia in London on the first night of the Independent Hotel Show and will bring together the sector’s most accomplished to celebrate excellence in hospitality.
Boutique Hotelier will award a total of 11 category prizes, with those holding positions such as Restaurant Manager, Housekeeping Manager and the hotly-anticipated final award of the night General Manager of the Year, being recognised for their hard work and dedication.
This year Mitre Linen has come on board to sponsor the Housekeeping Manager of the Year award for a fourth consecutive year in a row, while Star Quality Hospitality is sponsoring the Customer Service Star Award for the third year running.
Representatives from Chrysalis Contracts will also be there on the night as supporting partner.
Kicking off at 7pm, the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards is free to attend for hoteliers and is a networking evening with free flowing Champagne and canapés circulating around the room before the 11 award winners are announced.
Last year saw some of the industry’s finest take home prizes, with representatives from the likes of The Nadler, Wildsmith Hotels, Abbey Bath, Gravetye Manor and many more, being praised and recognised for their outstanding work.
Nominations will open in July and are open to anyone working within the hospitality industry to have their say. A shortlist for each category will then be drawn up before winners are decided upon by a judging panel of experts.
