Duck Island, a proud sponsor of The Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards, praised the efforts of the hard working employees recognised at the glittering ceremony that took place last week.
As staff and their hotels are still riding on the positive fallout from the first-ever Personal Service Star Awards, which saw nine staff members working at hotels around the country rewarded in nine categories, sponsor Duck Island was privileged to be part of the event which was held at Hilton Olympia on 21st October.
Tracey Boundford, managing director, Duck Island said: “Duck Island was proud and privileged to have sponsored the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards. It is a pleasure to reward, recognise and indeed appreciate the hard work of many individuals and teams of hotel staff who work tirelessly, but happily, to ensure that guests have an all-encompassing, satisfying experience. The staff at boutique hotels are very aware of the importance of the luxury of guest surroundings and our Duck Island toiletries, combining fresh mandarin with warm bergamot, indulgent and luxurious and found in some of the best hotels in the world, perfectly complements this ethos. Duck Island would like to congratulate everyone who won an award or was nominated for an award and indeed, everyone involved in the great success of the ‘Personal Service Stars’ Awards evening.”
