Heriott Park in Edinburgh has been put on the market for more than £1m by its two owners who are now ready to retire.

The 16-bedroom guest house in Edinburgh’s Inverleith district, currently run by Stewart Thom and Gary Turner, is on the market with selling agent Colliers International who is inviting interested parties to put forward offers of around £1,295,000.
