Employee of the Year announced at Luton Hoo Hotel

Luxury five-star retreat Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa has announced that the hotel’s junior head waitress has been named as 2015’s Employee of the Year.

The opulent hotel in Hertfordshire awarded Anna Czyrny with the prestigious title after her dedication to providing the highest quality of service in the award-winning Wernher Restaurant at Luton Hoo for the past two years.

Employee of the Year nominees are shortlisted from the hotel’s monthly reward and recognition GEM programme. A GEM (Going the Extra Mile) is about exceptional performance that goes beyond the call of duty.

The heads of department then choose the employee they think has stood out the most to be named the winner.

Commenting on her achievement, Anna said: “It feels wonderful to have been chosen for the prestigious title. I really enjoy working at the hotel and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and five star stay – especially when in the restaurant.”
