EU launches matchmaking scheme for hospitality industry

A new scheme to help employers find skilled workers from across the European Union was launched this week by Employment Commissioner Laszlo Andor.

The European Hospitality Skills Passport enables workers to collate their details which will be made available to employers who sign up to the online service called EURES and open a EURES account.

Employers can search for a particular specialism or language and can also post vacancies.
