Olly Rouse, executive chef of The Avenue at Lainston House, an Exclusive Hotel near Winchester, Hampshire and Steve Hubbert, executive chef of Pennyhill Park, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa in Bagshot, Surrey have been chosen to contribute to The Great British Cookbook.
The book is an initiative designed to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospitality Action.
The recipes created by both chefs are featured alongside 200 of the UK’s finest chefs including Michael Caines MBE, Rick Stein OBE, Cyrus Todiwala OBE, DL and Nigella Lawson.
The Great British Cookbook takes readers on a journey through 200 of the UK’s most prestigious pubs, guest houses, hotels, Michelin starred and AA Rosette restaurants.
An essential ethos of the book is to feature recipes by inspiring Chefs who are passionate about using local sustainable produce to create innovative dishes.
Hubbert comments: “At Exclusive Hotels and Venues we all take pride in sourcing local and sustainable ingredients and so are honoured both Olly and I have been chosen to be a part of The Great British Cookbook alongside some of the UK’s finest chefs.
“We are delighted to be supporting such important charities and hope our entry helps the project’s goal to raise £200,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospitality Action.”
Following a launch party at Nottingham Castle, The Great British Cookbook is now available to download.
