The Woodhouse Hotel in Largs, North Ayrshire has gone on the market for £630k, after its owners have decided to move on after 10 years at the helm.
The hotel sits within its own large landscaped gardens and features nine bedrooms, the popular Woody’s Bar, restaurant and detached three-bedroom owner’s cottage.
William and Lillian Wood have owned and operated the Woodhouse Hotel for almost 10 years and since purchasing the hotel they have refurbished the property which now trades as a successful small hotel.
Brian Sheldon, regional director at Christie & Co is handling the sale and said: “The Woodhouse Hotel is an established family run business within Largs and benefits from first class local trade as well the many visitors and tourists who visit the town on an annual basis and return time and again to stay at the hotel.
“A new owner of the business will have an opportunity to put their own mark on a business which offers great scope and potential growth.”
