Farncombe Estate is gearing up to open its newest boutique property on the ground of it 400-acre site in the Cotswolds.
The Fish will officially launch on June 1st, and will complement its sister venues on the estate, Foxhill Manor and the award-winning Dormy House Hotel & Spa.
The new boutique hotel consists of 47 contemporary bedrooms spread throughout three refurbished buildings – The Farmhouse, The Outhouse and The Stables. Guests will be able to choose from a standard or superior room, or go for the top tier junior suite offering. Prices start at £125 for bed and breakfast.
As well as the 47 Scandi-chic bedrooms, The Fish will be home to a traditional British restaurant, headed up by chef Mark Coleman. The restaurant will offer a selection of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a ‘gastro-buffet’, an a la carte menu and an extensive wine and local craft ale offering.
The Fish will also provide five meeting rooms, accommodating up to 120 delegates for events, meetings or conferences and away-days.
Guests can also make the most of the outside space at the 400-acre estate, with activities such as clay-pigeon and pistol shooting, 4×4 quad biking, archery and Segways all part of the package.
