North Yorkshire boutique hotel, the Feversham Arms Hotel and Verbena Spa, has been named Hotel of the Year at the Best Loved Hotel Awards.
The awards, which took place at Rudding Park in Harrogate this month, saw the luxury 33-bedroom hotel take away the top award of the night, beating off competition from the likes of Danesfield House Hotel in Henley-on-Thames and St Brides Spa Hotel in Pembrokeshire.
Speaking on the hotel’s award, general manager Charles Merchie said: “I’m really proud of the team here at The Feversham Arms for winning this award, it is well deserved.
“We all place great importance on exceptional service, and always have our guest’s needs at the heart of everything we do, so it’s wonderful to see our efforts recognised with this award.”
This award comes just weeks after the Feversham Arms Hotel was shortlisted in the Visit Yorkshire White Rose Awards, our very own Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards and the 2015 York Apprenticeship Awards.
“Winning this award really is a great way to finish 2015,” added Merchie.
“We are now getting ready for Christmas and the New Year, and we have much going on at the moment, including the naming of our restaurant, and the official launch of the Verbena Spa, which will take place next year.
