A five-star bed and breakfast in Llandudno has gone up for sale, complete with an award-winning restaurant boasting a strong reputation.
Space Boutique B&B, comprising 11 bedrooms set in a three-storey Victorian villa, has been owned by Sunita and Bobby Katoch for the past 11 years, who have restored the property and built up a healthy trade.
The hotel’s restaurant Jaya has been consecutively featured in the Good Food Guide for the last seven years and has also been selected by The Sunday Times as ‘one of the top 20 secret restaurants that foodies love’.
The Katochs have enjoyed running the successful business and restoring the property to its full potential, but now wish to relocate to London to move closer to their elderly parents.
Keith Stringer, director at Christie & Co who is handling the sale comments: “Space Boutique offers potential buyers a unique opportunity to take on a well-established, successful operation with plenty of development potential. With its enviable location just off the main promenade and set in a scenic North Wales location, Space Boutique makes a perfect lifestyle business for those looking for a change of pace. Llandudno is a thriving resort attracting over 4.5 million visitors annually and Space attracts discerning customers to a first class business.”
Space Boutique B&B has been brought to the market through Christie & Co on a freehold basis at an asking price of £775k.
