The five-storey Leicester House Hotel was renovated this year and comprises 17 individually-designed bedrooms, consisting of 14 guestrooms and 3 suites and a 50-cover restaurant, which is currently closed to the public, providing a strong opportunity for a prospective buyer to extend the food and beverage offering at the hotel.

The hotel is set within a couple of minutes walk to Leicester Square, close to the tourist destinations of Chinatown, Soho, Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus.
