The hotel is set within a couple of minutes walk to Leicester Square, close to the tourist destinations of Chinatown, Soho, Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus.

Andrew Evangelou, director at Christie + Co is handling the sale and comments: “The hotel creates a rare opportunity to acquire a hotel in a prime London location in one of the world’s leading hotel markets and we expect it to attract both local and international interest. The hotel has been extensively refurbished so minimal investment would be required by a purchaser, whilst offering either a first time buyer or experienced hotelier the prospect of extending the food and beverage offering on the ground floor to capitalise on the area’s high footfall.”
