Gilchrist & Soames, suppliers of luxury toiletries and amenities to the hotel sector, was proud to award the Front of House Manager of the Year accolade to Emma Dreano at Whatley Manor at the recent Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards.
The ceremony, which took place last week, saw hard working members of staff awarded in nine sector categories, including Front of House Manager of the Year, which was sponsored by Gilchrist & Soames.
Emma Dreano was chosen as the winner of the award, and came up on stage on the night to collect her award from Emma Johnson, VP, Gilchrist & Soames.
