Sewerby Grange also comes with lawned gardens and the added potential to develop four letting holiday cabins in the grounds.

Owner, Daren Broom, added: “Sewerby Grange is a great place to live and work and being in such a strong trading location, the business ticks over beautifully year after year. Bridlington and Sewerby have a tremendous amount going for them with lovely beaches, the harbour, sailing facilities, golf courses, cliffs, wonderful views, and Sewerby Hall of course, so no doubt the new owners will have a lot to look forward to.”
