Luxury Pembrokeshire boutique hotel The Grove at Narberth is on the lookout for a new restaurant manager as plans for an interior refresh are unveiled.
The hotel, which is part of the Seren Collection headed up by Neil and Zoe Kedward, is saying goodbye to current restaurant Regina Rager, who is leaving after four years to go travelling.
Rager joined as a head waitress from The Fat Duck and quickly progressed to take over the management of the restaurant team.
Neil Kedward said she has done an ‘outstanding job’ and is the ‘warmest and most professional of managers’.
Now the team are recruiting for her replacement to run the hotel’s 3 AA Rosette restaurant.
It’s also been unveiled that the hotel’s restaurant. Bar and lounge spaces will be refurbished this winter by acclaimed interior designer Martin Hulbert, who was also responsible for the look and feel of the property’s luxury Herb Cottages.
