Guests can now set sail on luxury yacht at Jersey boutique

Guests at one of Jersey’s top boutique hotels now have the chance to make use of an exclusive private yacht, available to hire during their stay.

Longueville Manor, Jersey’s five-AA-red-star, 30-bedroom country house hotel and part of Relais and Chateaux, is believed to be the first hotel in the Channel Island to offer chartered trips on its luxury boat.

Named Fizz Too, the yacht was officially launched at the Barclays Jersey Boat Show at the start of May. It is now available for guests to charter to neighbouring Channel Islands, France, the Ecréhous and the Minquiers with a weekday full day costing £1,700.

Once on board, up to eight guests can enjoy a menu from executive chef Andrew Baird, complete with a cold seafood and meat salad lunch, snacks, Champagne and white or red wine and a selection of soft drinks for a whole day’s hire.

Malcolm Lewis, the owner of Longueville Manor, said before the launch: “We believe this sits perfectly within our luxury proposition.

“I can’t wait to share with our guests some unforgettable experiences, like dolphin spotting at the Minquiers, picnics in Sark, or snorkelling on one of Jersey’s beautiful offshore reefs.

“We hope to create wonderful memories for our guests.”
