Oddfellows On The Park has now launched the bookings for its bedrooms online and has seen a tremendous uptake so far, with every Saturday in its debut opening month fully booked.
The new boutique hotel from the Oddfellows camp is due to open in Bruntwood Park, Cheadle later this year and within just ten days of its bookings opening, bedrooms are sold out on Saturday night’s throughout December.
The hotel will open in the restored 19th century Bruntwood Hall and will join Oddfellows Chester in the boutique brand.
It will also be the only hotel outside London that European consortium, Design Hotels will respresent.
When open, the hotel will consist of 22 bedrooms, a restaurant, cocktail bar and event spaces, alongside a new concept for the group a beauty salon named The Pigsty.
Paul Cookson, general manager of Oddfellows, Chester and Oddfellows On The Park, said: “We’ve always known there would be a great deal of public interest in the hotel. Bruntwood Hall is a landmark within the area and holds so much important local history within its four walls. Our restoration has been met with lots of interested questions and positivity in our mission to bring this beautiful building back to its former splendour.”
He added: “It’s been problematic to forecast our bookings as there really is nothing like Oddfellows On The Park in Manchester or Greater Manchester with which to base our figures on. To sell every Saturday night out in just over a week has filled us with positivity – not just for the success of Oddfellows On The Park, but also our future expansion plans.”
