Hallmark Hotel The Queen Chester has gone on the market with Christie + Co for £36m.
The property, home to 218 bedrooms split across two-interconnecting buildings; The Queen, a Grade-II listed building with 131 bedrooms and the Kings, a former office housing 87 bedrooms.
The property, located directly opposite Chester train station, is available free of existing brand and management and offers extensive asset management and consented development opportunities.
The hotel’s city centre location means it attracts strong levels of corporate business from a number of multinational companies located around Chester, such as Unilever and Vauxhall.
