Hampshire catering equipment distributor HCE is to fit the restaurant kitchen for a hotly-awaited boutique hotel opening in Mayfair early next year.

The Beaumont, developed by restaurant innovators Corbin and King, is scheduled to open in Balderton Street at the start of 2014, based within a 1920s Art Deco structure originally used as a garage.

The restaurant facilities for the 75-room venue were designed by foodservice consultants SeftonHornWinch, which has a history of working on Corbin and King projects.
