Coastal hotel group, Harbour Hotels, has refreshed its bar space at the King Arms, the award-winning boutique establishment in its portfolio.
The Bar has been revamped, with the existing bar space upsized into a versatile multi-purpose area, to reposition the hotel as a vibrant and modern foodie destination.
The development is the latest in a series of ambitious upgrades planned across the whole Harbour Hotels portfolio, which consists of five coastal properties in the South.
The new space will roll out the hotel’s 15 Mile Food Menu in The Bar, as well as a 15 Mile Cocktail Menu to emphasise the establishment’s commitment to locally-sourced produce.
New features of The Bar include a pewter-top bar, custom-made retro Edison lightbox, and Italian fireplaces.

The launch of The Bar follows a multi-million pound refurbishment of Salcombe Harbour Hotel, as the group look to invest across the portfolio and refresh its brand identity as an award-winning dining, rooms and spa destination on the south coast. Recently appointing the former chief operating officer at Hotel Du Vin, Mike Warren, as managing director, the business is set to expand across the UK alongside upgrades to its existing sites.
