Hats off to hospitality's Shining Star says Corby of Windsor

Corby of Windsor has spoken out about the recent success of the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards, praising the winner of the Shining Star category that was sponsored by the company.

The Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards took place on October 20, and handed out gongs to 10 staff members at hotels across the country in a selection of categories.

Corby of Windsor who came on board for a second year of sponsorship, was delighted to once again be part of the event, which was held on the first night of the Independent Hotel Show at Hilton Olympia.

Jonathon Bradley, managing director at Corby of Windsor was welcomed on stage to present the final award of Shining Star to the winner, who was chosen as Kimberley Dyke from Sweeney Hall Hotel.

He said: “We were delighted to sponsor the Shining Star award in the 2015 Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards; and congratulations once again to Kimberley.

“The Corby team felt as though the night exceeded expectations set at the event last year and carried forward the energy and sense of optimism which we experienced at the Independent Hotel Show.

“It was great to see such passion, pride and support coming from those within the industry, particularly as these are the principles which we hold onto firmly at Corby of Windsor.

“Congratulations again to all of the finalists and, of course, to all of the winners.”
