Muckrach Country House Hotel has announced the date of its official launch, which will see the brand new boutique opens its doors on April 30th.
The 11-bedroom hotel has been transformed into a chic boutique over the past 12 months, and is now nearing completion before being finally unveiled to the public.
Set in 10 acres in the Cairngorm National Park in the Highlands of Scotland, the Muckrach has 11 individually designed bedrooms, each one with a stylish colour palette and a real Scottish luxury feel. The rooms also feature fabric wallpapers, Frank Hudson furniture, dazzling chandeliers and Hypnos mattresses.
The hotel is also home to a private dining room, coffee shop, bar and restaurant area serving a range of locally sourced dishes, such as the Muckrach beef burger and homemade waffles with smoked bacon and heather honey.
Open 7 days a week, the dining areas, run by head chef Rayner Muller, will serve a varied menu from breakfast through to dinner for both residents and non-residents.
To celebrate the opening, the hotel is hosting a Welcome Whisky Weekend. On Saturday 1st May, the owners are inviting guests to a special tasting of 4 whiskies including a special mystery tipple.
