Hilton Bankside has introduced a new wellness meetings concept in a bid to target the more health-conscious corporate clients.
The hotel is offering healthier menu options, outdoor exercise classes and a meeting schedule aimed at reducing stress to all business guests.
Chef Paul Bates has created a ‘brain boosting’ lunch and healthy snack menu, aimed at increasing energy and improving the immune system.
Delegates can start the day with granola bars, lemon and kiwi spritzers, with mid-morning snacks such as raw vegetables with mint yoghurt, apple and banana shakes. Cucumber water is available throughout the day.
The lunch menu consists of white fish with olive oil and lemon dressing, or mackerel ceviche with green beans, almonds and chilli.
Delegates will have full use of the hotel’s gym and swimming pool, while group activities can also be booked, including personalised training sessions with StreetGym.
