Homewood Park in Bath has announced the appointment of new head chef, Scott Galloway.
The hotel, which is home to a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, has welcomed Galloway who joins with a wealth of experience having worked at the likes of Michael Caines’ ABode, Royal Crescent Hotel and Lower Slaughter Manor.
Speaking of his appointment, Scott Galloway said: “I am very excited to be joining Homewood Park’s team and bring my culinary experience to the kitchen. Having started my career in cooking at 22 years old and travelling all over the UK, I’m delighted to be coming into the Bath foodie scene as it’s such an exciting time going from strength to strength.”
As part of his new role, Galloway will now oversee all culinary operations at the hotel’s restaurant, where it has held its 2 AA Rosette status for 10 years.
Homewood Park is a 21-bedroom hotel in Bath home to a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and spa, and is part of the Longleat Hotels portfolio.
