Hospitality Technology Europe set to double in size in 2014

Hospitality Technology Europe 2014 is on track for a 60% year-on-year growth in number of visitors, according to the show’s organiser.

General visitor registrations are said to be up 26% and VIP delegate registrations are up 45% following 2013’s inaugural edition.

More than1500 visitors are expected to attend the two-day event, which takes place at Earls Court in London on February 4-5, running alongside the Business Travel Show and sister event Travel Technology Europe.

 Visitors will include senior IT representatives from leading travel operators, online travel agents, travel management companies, hoteliers and airlines.

To date, 61 companies have secured their space on the floor plan, offering booking and reservation systems, network infrastructure and hardware, in-room IT, secure online payment systems, mobile, social and web design and more.

Hospitality technology brands iTesso, Micros, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, iRiS Software Systems and Infor Hospitality are returning to the show while newcomers include: iDeaS, SKY Business, Otrum, DigiValet, Crave, Guestline, Rocketseed and Onyx Payments.

Hospitality Technology Europe event manager Claudia Harris said: “The second ever edition of Hospitality Technology Europe is shaping up to be a really exciting event.”
