Hoteliers, caterers, restaurants and food retailers from the South and South West are being invited to attend the Hotel & Catering Show 2015 (H&CS 2015).
Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in workshops, demonstrations and 15-minute seminars which will focus on the challenges of independent businesses in the hospitality sector and provide valuable tips that can be easily implemented to improve performance.
New to the 2015 show, live hands-on ‘Skills Master Class’ demonstrations organised by the Craft Guild of Chefs will see celebrated chefs from the region displaying their skills and teaching new techniques.
The Liquid Zone and Artisan Producers Market – both of which offer the chance to sample local produce – will also feature at this years’ event.
Richard Joslin, director of Evisstar, the show organiser said: “This event exists to give independent businesses and trade visitors and real insight into the latest industry trends and products available both from the region and further afield.”
Taking place from 17th-18th March at the Bournemouth International Centre, the show is a platform for exhibitors from the hospitality industry to showcase their latest offerings.
Leading regional companies including New Forest Ice Cream, Essential Cuisine, Hunts Foodservice, Continental Bakeries Ltd, Upham Brewery, Purbeck Cider Brewery, Western Marquees and Chunk of Devon have all confirmed attendance at the industry event.
