Hotel du Vin in Brighton came away victorious from this year’s Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Awards, scooping two top awards to cement their position as one of the leading boutique hotels in the city.
The boutique hotel took home the ‘Best Place to Sleep 2015’ and ‘Best Place to do Business 2015’, proving its popularity among both the local set in the city and visitors to Brighton.
Hotel du Vin Brighton was converted from a selection of 17th century buildings that were first used as a wine merchants, before it was transformed into an award-winning boutique.
It is still one of Brighton’s only restaurants to boast a sommelier and prides itself on great food and service.
The Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Awards celebrates the best that the city has to offer, recognising Brighton’s vibrant hospitality businesses, from fine dining and bistro to back street boozers and street food style outlets.
