Hotel du Vin Exeter appoints new general manager

Boutique brand Hotel du Vin has announced the appointment of a new general manager.

The hotel, which is one of the newest properties in the 17-strong portfolio, has welcomed Fiona Dardé to the role.

She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, overseeing the development of the team, as well as driving sales forward within the local market.

A former eye infirmary, the iconic Hotel du Vin Exeter is set within a historic walled garden and is home to a mural by wall-painter Hugo Dalton, plus a REN spa and signature restaurant.

170102 - Fiona DardéDardé brings a commitment to excellent customer service, gained from over 15 years’ experience as a general manager, three of which were as an area general manager.

She commented: “I’m so pleased to be joining the Hotel du Vin team. Hotel du Vin Exeter is a fantastic hotel, with its wonderful charm and personality and a great team. I can’t wait to welcome our guests as we look forward to many exciting opportunities throughout 2018.”
