Registration has now opened for the 2018 edition of Hotelympia, which takes place on 5-8 March 2018.
Next year’s event will include four contemporary shows, united under one roof, as part of a fresh new identity.
Each of the four new shows, The Professional Kitchen Show, The Foodservice Show incorporating Café Commerce, Hospitality Tech Show and Interiors and Tableware Show, will serve as specialist events in themselves, promising the very latest innovations.
The Professional Kitchen Show promises to offer a comprehensive overview of everything new in catering equipment and kitchen design, with 150 dedicated exhibitors showcasing their wares. The section is supported by CESA, as well as CEDA, Cedabond and the FCSI.
The show will be further strengthened by the presence of more than a dozen of the UK’s most exciting chefs, offering up interactive cooking demos on The Staff Canteen Live, an interactive live chef stage featuring some of the hospitality industry’s biggest names.
A full line-up will soon be announced but the show has already confirmed the participation of Dan Doherty, executive chef at 24-hour restaurant Duck and Waffle and Michelin star chef Paul Ainsworth, of Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 in Padstow.
The newly-created Interiors and Tableware Show at Hotelympia, meanwhile, will offer show visitors an array of innovative suppliers and experiential features backed by specially-commissioned insight, while Foodservice Show incorporating Café Commerce will delve into some of the biggest trends shaping the coffee sector.
Hotelympia has a long history of nurturing the next generation of kitchen talent and this will continue in earnest through Salon Culinaire, which returns to the fold as part of The Foodservice Show.
Finally the Hospitality Tech Show will champion the brightest and best new products and solutions emerging from global hospitality tech players, alongside some exciting entrepreneurial smaller businesses.
