Cliff House Hotel in Southbourne on Sea launched its stylish new venue, Bar 13, on November 13. The 14-bedroom boutique near Bournemouth opened Bar 13 to a packed crowd, with a special launch evening that will see new resident DJ Dan Sterry take to the decks, plus acoustic performances from local musician Kev Jackson. The hotel's new mixologist Robert Haidau (left) with Cliff House Hotel's general manager Tim Seward (right) and guests. Specialising in cocktail making, Haidau joined in October and brings with him a wealth of experience in the mixology department and will oversee the range of new masterclasses that are slowly being introduced at the hotel. Cliff House Hotel is owned by CEO of catering business Food Show, Andrew Gosling. New resident DJ Dan Sterry was on the decks throughout the evening. There were acoustic performances from local musician Kev Jackson. The new cocktail menu was in full flow.
