Jestic has launched a new Bakery line at this year's Hotelympia in a bid to target artisan bakeries across the UK.
Jestic's Steve Loughton said he has definitely noticed the decline in fine dining and a rise in the demand for a more casual and informal experience at hotels and restaurants.
The brand's Wood stone oven was a highlight - used by the likes of Prezzo and Mandarin Oriental - as guests seek more interaction with both chefs and serving staff.
Loughton also said he has seen that hotels are on the hunt for more innovative kitchen items too.
