The Skills Theatre was a lively addition to the show, with demonstrations coming under the spotlight every day. This was a particular highlight for students visiting the show, who gathered to see the young chefs share some top tips. Shown here is a dessert presentation, where the chefs are making a panna cotta pudding in a stylish tall glass. The Salon Display competition area highlighted some fantastic pieces, created in chocolate, fat, sugar and more. Shown here is a platter entry and consists of lobster, capers and samphire; tuna, spring onion, soya bean and sushi rice, octopus, salmon and mussel and skate, crayfish and herb. SPOTTED: The Grande Cuisine stand has been busy with celebrity chefs throughout the four days, and spotted here (centre) is Shaun Rankin, chef at Ormer Restaurant in Jersey.
