Hasting Hotels has released the first images inside the new £53m Grand Central Hotel, as it draws closer to relaunch.
The property, which will open its doors in June 2018, will be Northern Ireland’s largest hotel and is promising to bring ‘a new era of modern luxury’ to Belfast.
The hotel is owned by Hastings Hotels and began its renovation project in July 2016. Now with four months to go until the big unveil, new images have been shared to whet appetites before bookings go live.
The property will be home to 300 bedrooms and will be 23-storeys high, with a restaurant and bar on the first floor named the Seahorse Bar & Bistro in a nod to Belfast’s maritime’s history.
The hotel will also be home to two smaller conference suites, three meeting rooms, and a Panorama lounge for space for up to 100 guests.

Inspired by the original Grand Central Hotel on Royal Avenue, the new hotel will blend timeless design, classic service and true style fused with glamour and grandeur – simply beautiful, beautifully simple.
“We are also proud to announce that the restaurant and bar on the first floor is a further nod to Belfast’s maritime history and will be named the Seahorse Bar & Bistro and on the ground floor with entrance off Bedford Street there will be The GC, Grand Café which will be open from 6am until late at night,” Hastings continued.
