London boutique hotel, K West, is celebrating what once was the UK’s most hated vegetable this Christmas, by introducing a range of Brussel Sprouts-inspired dishes to its menu.
In a bid to make Brussel sprouts the food de jour this festive season, the hotel in Shepherd’s Bush is giving the humble sprout the spotlight with two new menu additions.
Studio Kitchen in K West Hotel will be serving up Brussel two ways this festive season. On the sharing platters, there is a ‘Brusselmole Dip’ served with pigs in blankets or tortilla chips.
While on the festive afternoon tea menu, miniature ‘Scotch Brussels’ is the hotel’s version of Brussels Scotch eggs, and accompanies the usual favourites such as mini turkey escalope sliders and smoked salmon sandwiches.
The Studio Kitchen is the informal eatery on the mezzanine floor above the bar at K West Hotel. The main menu consists of a range of US style ‘dude food’ such as green chilli cheese burger, buttermilk chicken burger and truffled mac & cheese.
The city’s landscape is stretched along the walls, with filament light bulbs suspended on individual wires to add an abstract feel to the room.
