Atholl Palace Hotel in Perthshire is giving its youngest guests the chance to follow in the footsteps of Prince George and Princess Charlotte, having unveiled a brand new regal getaway package for families this summer.

On arrival, kids will be treated to a special afternoon tea during which they will be crowned prince or princess and become Atholl Palace royalty, complete with their own crown.

There is a playground situated within the grounds for kids to enjoy as well as a treasure hunt to find the crown jewels for Atholl Palace’s princes and princesses.

Meanwhile, parents can unwind with complementary access to the recently refurbished Lavender Spa which includes a pool and sauna.

Families can also enjoy breakfast and dinner in the hotel’s Verandah restaurant as part of the package.

Ashleigh Pink, front office manager at Atholl Palace Hotel, said: “Every child dreams of being a prince or princess and the new additions to the Royal Family and the nation’s love of all things Disney have only fuelled this desire.

“We’re very excited to help fulfil this dream through our Royal Break package. Families will have a summer break to remember with our princes and princesses being treated like royalty throughout their stay. We look forward to welcoming families from across Scotland to experience this special stay in Pitlochry this summer.”
